How To Return & Refund

  1. Submit a return request by email: [email protected] to the Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and pictures for verification.
  2. Once we have approved your request, we will send you the return instruchtions. Pls return the goods to the specified address within 30 days of receiving the return form (We advise you use USPS/Royal Mail for your return).  
  3. Newladywigs Hair will issue a full refundย after we confirmed the item condition and did has the issues stated in the return request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days.ย 


  • Pls note that 30 days are counted from the day the package is signed for.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
  • I accept returns for defective and non-defective products, Full refunds or exchanges for any reason (wrong shipment, defective product, etc.) will need to be made.
  • PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS!! We will not be responsible for any high customs duties, customs seizures or losses!!
  • Restocking fee, No cost.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
